Energy Recipes are a powerful combination of psychic insight, statements and language, sound, actions, grounding, energy clearing and partnership with your guides and angels.

Each recipe is unique to you and is specific to your current experience at that point in time.

One recipe doesn’t fit all. Just as the recipe for scones is different to the recipe for cheesecake - the recipe for selling your home is different from the recipe for true love, and the recipe for receiving more money is different to the recipe for healing.

Each recipe is developed over a few hours or even a couple of days as they often evolve as they are being created. Once complete, your Energy Recipe is sent to you by email ready for you to start using and enjoying straight away.  

You may notice shifts of energy and circumstances beginning when your request is received. The main reason for this is because you have acted on your desire for change and your intention has become a statement of openness to receive.

Your Recipe

Each Energy Recipe is completed remotely - there is no fixed appointment time because the process unfolds over a number of hours or days. When you make your booking you will receive an estimate of the soonest completion date.
