This is because when your energy is being absorbed by (or subconsciously focused on) a persistent past event, habit, memory, belief etc, it’s not available to create your future. This can leave you stuck.

There are times when despite our best efforts and intentions, we can all do with a little help to get out some of those old stubborn energy stains and move on.

Your Session

Each session is conducted remotely.

It is accompanied by an audio recording of the awarenesses and insights that come through during the course of your session.

A personal and unique affirmation is presented as an image in dimensions that can be used as wallpaper on your phone, for use as an easy access reminder and meditation focus tool.

Audio and image files are sent to your phone via WhatsApp or by Email.
